The Ruling Chamber is mainly concerned with licensing and frequency assignment for private broadcasters, electronic communication networks, market analyses, consumer protection and the European legal framework.
Together with the audio-visual regulators representing the two other Communities, CSA and VRM, and the federal regulatory authority for telecommunication, the BIPT, it forms the Conference of Regulators for Electronic Communication Networks (KRK).
